Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your Barnluren account and associated data at any time. We're sorry to see you go, but we respect your right to have your data removed.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to hej@barnluren.com with:

Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
The email address associated with your account
Confirmation that you want your account deleted

What Gets Deleted

When we delete your account, we remove:

Your account information (name, email)
Your phone line configuration
Your contact whitelist
Push notification tokens

What We Must Retain

Some data must be retained due to legal requirements:

Billing records: 7 years (Swedish accounting law)
Call metadata: 6 months from call date (telecommunications law)

This retained data is kept securely and only used for legal compliance purposes.

Timeline

We will process your deletion request within 30 days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.

If you have an active subscription, it will be cancelled and no further charges will be made.
