We have paused all new orders while we work through a fix for the Barnluren device. Nothing can be ordered and nothing will ship until that is done.
Why
The Barnluren device plugs directly into the wall socket. The plug part can break if someone falls on the device or pulls the phone cable, for example by tripping over it. A broken plug can leave live parts exposed. This is a risk of electric shock.
We are working with the manufacturer to replace the plug adapter, the part that connects the device to the power outlet. We will not take new orders until the device is fixed.
